Design in Details
This residential penthouse is envisioned as a refined urban sanctuary that blends contemporary sophistication with timeless classical detailing. Designed for elevated living, the space reflects understated luxury through a harmonious balance of materials, textures, and warm ambient lighting.
The design intent was to create an environment that feels expansive, serene, and visually cohesive while celebrating fine craftsmanship and curated detailing.
- Design Philosophy: The core concept revolves around modern classic luxury — integrating clean contemporary lines with subtle panel moldings, rich finishes, and warm metallic accents..
-
The penthouse is designed as:
• A space that feels grand yet intimate
• Elegant yet comfortable.
• Statement-driven yet balanced
Every room is interconnected through a consistent material palette and lighting strategy, ensuring fluid visual continuity throughout the residence. -
Material & Color Palette:
A sophisticated palette anchors the design:
• Neutral base tones (ivory, beige, warm greys)
.• Deep accent hues (navy blue, terracotta, muted coral)
• Natural wood veneers
• Fluted glass with brass inlays
• Marble feature walls
• Brushed brass and gold detailing
The interplay of matte textures with reflective surfaces like fluted glass and polished marble creates depth and dimension across spaces.

Incredible Result
Establishing multi-sensory experiences, we can design interiors that resonate across ages and demographics. These rooms and spaces connects us to nature as a proven way to inspire us, boost our productivity, and create greater well-being. Beyond these benefits, by reducing stress and enhancing creativity, we can also expedite healing. In our increasingly urbanized cities, biophilia advocates a more humanistic approach to design. The result is biophilic interiors that celebrate how we live, work and learn with nature. The term translates to ‘the love of living things’ in ancient Greek (philia = the love of / inclination towards), and was used by German-born American psychoanalyst Erich Fromm in The Anatomy of Human Destru ctiveness (1973).
